Free delivery only to UK Mainland. Contact us for locations outside this zone to obtain quote.

Orders are dispatched by courier the same day if ordered by 2pm or the next working day and typically take 2-3 days. A contact number must be provided with all orders.

All orders are made to “Kerbside”. This means that the goods will be unloaded at the nearest point of access to the delivery address for the delivery vehicle. Pallet deliveries are generally made on vehicles with a tail lift; pallets are lowered down and wheeled to the nearest accessible point.


All returned items must be returned in their original condition and unopened packaging. The customer must make contact with us as soon as possible, up to a maximum of 7 days from receiving goods. Returns are not acceptable beyond this period. The delivery cost and safe return of the items are the buyer’s responsibility. Once received in original condition and unopened packaging with no damage, a refund transaction shall be authorised.


Please note accessories cannot be ordered separately without ordering flooring and only in quantities reflecting your order.

In the unlikely event your order arrives in a damaged condition, make a note of the number of damaged packs on the invoice. This must be done at the time of receiving your order with no exceptions regardless of the courier’s advice. You must also contact us straight away so we are made aware of problem and can deal with it.
